About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Consultant / Oracle Project Lead to support one of our clients in Abu Dhabi.

This is a client-facing role for someone with broad knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem combined with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

We are not necessarily looking for a deep specialist in one particular Oracle module. Instead, we need someone who understands the broader Oracle landscape, can confidently participate in functional and technical discussions, and can serve as the bridge between the client, business stakeholders, Oracle SMEs, and global/offshore delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has worked across multiple Oracle initiatives and understands how different functional, technical, integration, reporting, and support workstreams come together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between the client, business stakeholders, Oracle functional and technical teams, and global delivery teams.
  • Coordinate Oracle-related projects, enhancements, integrations, production issues, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Understand business requirements and ensure they are effectively communicated to the appropriate Oracle teams.
  • Facilitate discussions across Oracle workstreams and identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Manage project activities, priorities, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Coordinate effectively with offshore and geographically distributed teams.
  • Lead project/status meetings and provide clear updates to client and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate requirements, testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and production-support activities as required.
  • Bring the appropriate Oracle SMEs together to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ensure decisions, action items, ownership, and deliverables are clearly documented and tracked through closure.
  • Provide effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience working within Oracle environments, preferably including Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP.
  • Broad understanding of the Oracle ecosystem rather than expertise limited to one specific module.
  • Exposure to multiple Oracle areas such as Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, Projects, Reporting, Integrations, OIC, Security, or related Oracle technologies.
  • Experience supporting Oracle implementations, transformations, enhancements, upgrades, or AMS/support engagements.
  • Strong project management and project coordination capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to understand both functional and technical Oracle discussions and translate between business and technology teams.
  • Experience working with global and offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced client environment.

Prior UAE/GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.

What We're Really Looking For

We are looking for an Oracle generalist rather than a single-module specialist.

You don't need to be the person configuring every Oracle module or writing every integration. You should, however, understand Oracle well enough to ask the right questions, understand what different SMEs are discussing, recognize dependencies across workstreams, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and drive teams toward resolution and delivery.

If you've spent several years working across Oracle programs and can comfortably move between conversations with business users, functional consultants, developers, integration teams, support teams, offshore teams, and senior client stakeholders, this could be a great fit.

Important

  • This is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi and requires onsite presence approximately 2–3 days per week. Candidates should be willing and able to commute to the client location as required.
  • Maximum salary for this position is AED 20,000 per month.
  • Candidates requiring UAE employment visa/work authorization sponsorship may be considered, and sponsorship can be provided where applicable.
  • Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Candidates who can join within approximately 2–4 weeks will receive preference, although candidates with notice periods of up to one month may also be considered.
