1.Candidates
Your applications. Sign in at hirehouse.xyz/me with the email you applied with to see every application, where it stands, and anything that needs you.
Your CV could not be read. Open the application in your space and upload a new file (PDF or Word). It goes back into the queue straight away.
Signing in. We send a one-time link, or you can use Google. If the link does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Fast Track payments and refunds. Fast Track is reviewed within 72 hours or your fee is refunded. Write to us with the email you paid with and we will sort it out.
2.Employers and institutions
For workspace access, roles, candidates, billing or credits, write to hello@hirehouse.xyz from the email on your workspace.
3.HireHouse in ChatGPT and Claude
The HireHouse app lets you search and compare open roles on HireHouse from inside an AI assistant. It only reads public job listings: it does not sign you in, see your applications or send anything on your behalf.
- Search: ask for roles by title, skill, company, location or work mode, for example "Find remote React jobs".
- Details and comparison: ask about a specific role, or to compare two or three.
- Applying: every role links to its page on HireHouse, where you apply.
If the app shows a role that has closed, wrong details, or does not respond, tell us at hello@hirehouse.xyz and mention which assistant you were using.
4.Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete your data, write to privacy@hirehouse.xyz. We answer within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why, and our Terms of Service set out the rules for using HireHouse.
