The rules for using HireHouse.

HireHouse is an AI-assisted hiring platform. Candidates apply to roles and take AI-scored interviews; employers ("employers", "organisations") post roles and review ranked candidates; institutions run interview practice through Mockhouse. HireHouse is operated by Fintrix Inc., Panama City, Republic of Panama (Folio No. 155776597, Public Registry of Panama).

HireHouse is a tool that helps people find and fill jobs. We are not an employer, an employment agency acting for you, or a party to any job offer. Employers make their own hiring decisions, and we do not guarantee that anyone will get a job or a candidate.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use HireHouse for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that organisation.

Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

• Give accurate information. Your CV, answers and interviews must be your own and truthful.
• Recorded interviews are yours to complete alone. Do not use another person, scripts, or AI tools to answer for you unless the employer allows it. We measure signals such as the interview window losing focus, and assess answers for signs of assistance; employers see the result (see the Privacy Policy).
• By submitting an application or recording, you agree that the employer, its hiring team and HireHouse may process it as described in the Privacy Policy, including AI parsing, scoring and ranking.
• AI results are estimates, not facts about you. You can ask for a human review of an automated decision (Privacy Policy, section 4).
• If you publish a candidate profile, you choose what is on it and can make it private again.

• Post only real roles you are hiring for, described accurately, and comply with the employment, equal-opportunity and anti-discrimination laws that apply to you.
• You are responsible for your hiring decisions, including how you use HireHouse's AI scores, rankings, summaries and cheat-probability bands. Treat them as decision support, not as the sole basis for decisions about a person; review them and be ready to explain your decisions.
• If you switch on automation (screening-question filters, automatic invites or rejections), you are responsible for those settings and their outcome, and for honouring candidates' requests for human review that we pass to you.
• Only add or import a candidate's data (for example CVs from your Google Drive) if you have a lawful basis and have told the candidate as the law requires.
• Use candidate data only to recruit for the role concerned, keep it confidential, and do not sell or export it for other purposes.
• You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace (recruiters, interviewers).

• Break the law, or use HireHouse to discriminate unlawfully, harass, defraud or mislead anyone.
• Post fake roles, fake applications, or someone else's data without permission.
• Scrape, copy or bulk-download HireHouse content or candidate data, or access it by automated means other than our public interfaces (for example our AI-assistant connector) used as intended.
• Probe, overload or disrupt our systems, bypass security or limits, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Try to manipulate our AI — for example hidden instructions in a CV or answers meant to influence scoring.
• Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights.

Some features are paid — for example a candidate's optional Fast Track on a role, Mockhouse practice packs and generation top-ups, and organisation credits. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms; we do not store your card details.

Paid items are delivered as described at purchase. Unless the purchase page says otherwise or the law requires a refund, fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or used. If something you paid for did not work, contact hello@hirehouse.xyz and we will look into it. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.

Some listings are posted by employers on HireHouse; others are roles HireHouse sources from public job postings elsewhere and links to the original. We review listings but cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate, current or still open. Check details with the employer before relying on them, and never pay anyone to be considered for a job.

HireHouse uses AI to parse CVs, generate interview questions and job descriptions, assess interviews, rank candidates and give practice feedback. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is provided to help people decide, not to replace their judgement, and you should review anything important before acting on it.

Our connector for AI assistants (hirehouse.xyz/mcp) lets assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT search public HireHouse listings. Applications are always completed on hirehouse.xyz. Your use of a third-party assistant is governed by that provider's terms.

You keep ownership of what you submit (CVs, answers, recordings, job descriptions). You give us permission to host, process, analyse and display it as needed to run HireHouse for you and as described in the Privacy Policy. We may use de-identified, aggregated information to operate and improve the service.

HireHouse, its software, design and brand belong to Fintrix Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

HireHouse relies on and links to services run by others (for example Google sign-in and Drive, Stripe, original job postings). We are not responsible for those services, which have their own terms.

HireHouse is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that you will be hired or find candidates.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities, or for hiring decisions made by employers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you are an employer, you will compensate us for claims arising from your roles, your hiring decisions, your automation settings, or your misuse of candidate data.

You can stop using HireHouse at any time and ask us to delete your data (privacy@hirehouse.xyz). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed, liability, governing law) continue after ending.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and disputes go to the courts of Panama City, unless the mandatory law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there or to rely on its protections.

We may update these terms as HireHouse changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use HireHouse after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@hirehouse.xyz. Privacy: privacy@hirehouse.xyz.
