The role is with a leading IT Support Service Provider in UAE

This is a full-time permanent role on the payroll of the company in Dubai, UAE.

You would be providing tech support to client organisations

Role KRAs

Configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server OS environments for client infrastructure

Setup, configure, and manage network devices including Firewalls, Routers, and Wireless Access Points

Preference for proven experience with Fortigate firewalls

Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Backup solutions

Preference for experience with Acronis Cyber Security

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune

Administer and support Google Workspace environments

Perform Windows Desktop OS setup and troubleshooting across client endpoints

Troubleshoot and support network-connected devices such as printers and scanners

Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, identify and implement improvements and report status updates

Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

Ensure compliance with client-specific IT policies, security protocols, and audit requirements.
