Salary: AED 3,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Hassan Engineering Contracting L.L.C. is hiring a Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate villa and building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare RFIs, inspection requests, progress reports, and quantity take-offs.
• Assist with payment applications and variation documentation.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, and finishing works.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience; UAE experience preferred.
• Knowledge of structural works, finishing works, and site coordination.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Must be available to join immediately.
