About the role
- Manage fit-out projects from site assessment to final handover.
- Coordinate Civil, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Joinery, Gypsum, Tiling, Painting and Flooring works.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs, quotations and cost estimates.
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality, budget and timeline compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage material procurement, site requirements and project documentation.
- Handle snagging, rectification and final handover.
