About the role
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models of swimming pools, incorporating structural, architectural, and MEP elements with high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to translate design concepts into precise, constructible BIM models.
- Create and manage clash detection reports, proactively identifying and resolving interdisciplinary conflicts before construction.
- Generate comprehensive 2D construction drawings, sections, and details derived from the 3D BIM model.
