Coordinate and manage day-to-day engineering activities across assigned projects.
- Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with the project management team to meet planned schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues, quality concerns, and construction deviations.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions, RFIs, and other engineering documents.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain engineering reports, progress updates, inspection records, and technical documentation.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Assist in reviewing project quantities, material requirements, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement teams regarding material specifications, technical approvals, and delivery requirements.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring project costs, variations, and technical changes.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, and technical challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and provide engineering updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, authority requirements, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, inspections, and project correspondence.
