Civil Engineer

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Engineer.
• Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good knowledge of civil and fit-out works.
• Ability to read and understand Civil/Architectural drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE Engineering Society membership/registration is preferred.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer approval/registration is preferred.
• Dubai Development Authority (DDA) approval is an advantage.
• Trakhees approval/registration is an advantage.
• Experience working with DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, and other UAE authority requirements is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
