Project Manager

1. Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a hospital or healthcare facility is mandatory.

2. Skills & Certifications

• BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) certification or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction.

3. Key Competencies

• Proven ability to manage and supervise large teams in hospital or healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of hospital cleaning operations, hygiene standards, and infection prevention and control protocols.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and resource management.
• Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare hygiene standards, quality requirements, and industry best practices.
