About the role
- BIM Modeling & System Development: Create, manage, and maintain accurate 3D structural BIM models (concrete, steel, and post-tensioned structures) from initial concept to detailed construction stages using Autodesk Revit Structure.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination & Clash Detection: Coordinate structural models with Architectural and MEP disciplines to identify, analyze, and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks Manage and cloud CDE platforms (ACC / BIM 360).
- Drawing Production & Documentation: Extract high-quality structural general arrangement (GA) drawings, detailed section cuts, fabrication/shop drawings, and schedule reports directly from the BIM environment in compliance with project standards.
- Standardization & BEP Compliance: Implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), maintaining proper modeling protocols, naming conventions, level-of-development (LOD 200–400), and family creation standards.
- Quality Assurance & Audits: Perform regular QA/QC model checks to ensure accuracy, proper structural parameter inputs, correct levels/grids, and metadata integrity before releasing documentation to internal teams or external clients.
