Product Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn every transaction into the reliable analytics. You'll work directly with the co-founders and will own the metrics, models and dashboards behind every decision we make.

What you'll do

• Own the numbers. Define the KPIs every team runs on, and make sure everyone calculates them the same way.
• Build the source of truth. Write the data models and dashboards that turn raw call, debt and payment data into answers people trust.
• Automate invoicing. Turn billing every bank, in every currency, into a pipeline that runs itself.
• Prove what works. Design and read the experiments that tell a real lift in recovery from noise.
• Dive deep and problem solve. Get to the root cause of every number that looks off, and fix it at the source.
