Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline)
Requirements
- Proven experience in MEP quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Ability to prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates from drawings and project requirements.
- Sound knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and market pricing.
- Experience in reviewing quantities, preparing quotations, and supporting tender submissions.
- Good understanding of project costs and commercial aspects is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
- Relevant UAE experience is preferred.
