About the role
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models, coordinated HVAC and piping shop drawings, clash detection reports, and fabrication spools in full compliance with project BIM execution plans (BEP).
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 3D BIM Modeling: Create detailed 3D mechanical models (HVAC ducting, chilled water, extract systems) in Revit MEP at LOD 300 to LOD 400.
- Clash Resolution: Run Navisworks clash tests between mechanical services, electrical containment, plumbing, and structural elements.
- Shop Drawing Extraction: Extract fully coordinated 2D shop drawings, sections, and plantroom layouts directly from the approved 3D model.
- Builder's Work Coordination: Generate precise builder's work drawings showing all slab and wall sleeves, core holes, and plinths.
