About the role
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers and subcontractors.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and instructions.
- Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Check workmanship and report quality issues to the Site Engineer.
- Ensure the site is clean, organized, and safe.
- Monitor attendance and maintain daily manpower records.
- Report work progress, delays, and site problems to the Site Engineer.
- Ensure workers follow safety rules and use appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate the delivery and proper storage of materials.
- Assist with site measurements, inspections, and work completion checks.
- Follow up on corrective work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
