SAP Data Migration Lead (Oracle EBS)

We’re looking for an experienced 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 to take ownership of the complete migration lifecycle from 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐁𝐒 (𝐑12) 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐒/4𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐀.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation with a solid understanding of SAP master and transactional data structures.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

• Define and lead the end-to-end data migration strategy and governance

• Extract, profile, cleanse, and transform legacy Oracle EBS data

• Manage mock loads and cutover loads into SAP S/4HANA

• Work with 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐢𝐭, 𝐋𝐓𝐌𝐂/𝐋𝐓𝐌𝐎𝐌, 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐒, 𝐀𝐃𝐌, or equivalent tools

• Build reconciliation and validation processes across 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐒𝐂𝐌, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐑

• Coordinate with internal teams and system integrators to ensure cutover readiness and successful data sign-off

• 8+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬

• Proven hands-on experience with 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐁𝐒 (𝐑12) 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐒/4𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐀 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Strong SQL and Oracle database expertise

• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules and underlying data structures

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA master and transactional data

• Hands-on experience with 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐢𝐭, 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐒, 𝐋𝐓𝐌𝐂/𝐋𝐓𝐌𝐎𝐌, 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬

• 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
