About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end revenue growth across both pipeline generation and customer acquisition. With 12+ years of experience, you will own the full go-to-market motion — shaping strategy, building and coaching high-performing sales and marketing teams, and being accountable for top-line revenue targets. This is a hands-on strategic leadership role for someone who can balance long-term brand and category thinking with short-term, measurable pipeline and conversion outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver against annual and quarterly revenue, pipeline, and market-share targets across both sales and marketing functions.
- Design and execute the go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, ICP definition, positioning, pricing, and channel mix.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a combined team of account executives, BDRs/SDRs, and marketing specialists; hire and onboard top talent.
- Build and optimize the demand generation engine — paid, content, ABM, events, partnerships — ensuring tight alignment with sales follow-through.
- Own pipeline forecasting accuracy, deal-cycle hygiene in the CRM, and the cadence of forecast and pipeline reviews with senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Customer Success to launch new offerings, expand existing accounts, and improve net revenue retention.
- Manage the combined sales + marketing budget with clear ROI guardrails (CAC, payback, LTV/CAC, marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline).
- Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and present monthly business reviews to executive stakeholders.
- Stay close to the market — competitors, customer needs, and category shifts — and turn insight into strategic bets.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales and/or marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing both functions (or a tightly integrated commercial function).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of modern go-to-market motions — inbound, outbound, ABM, partner-led, PLG, or hybrid — and when to use each.
- Strong command of pipeline forecasting methodologies, CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and revenue analytics.
- Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing commercial teams, including performance management and quota setting.
- Solid financial and budget management skills with comfort owning P&L-level decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading sales and marketing through a repositioning, market expansion, or category-creation effort.
- Familiarity with marketing technology stacks (MAP, CDP, intent data, sales enablement tools) and how to operationalize them.
- Background in a company that has scaled from mid-market to enterprise, or vice versa.
- Exposure to international markets and multi-region GTM planning.
- Track record of building playbooks that have been adopted by other teams or rolled out across geographies.
