About the role
- Architect Engineer: Lead the conceptualization and design development of innovative architectural solutions, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional integrity.
- Architect Engineer: Translate client needs and project requirements into detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
- Architect Engineer: Oversee and coordinate the work of design teams, clients, stakeholders, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Architect Engineer: Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and identify potential challenges.
