Quantity Surveyor | Tier 1 Main Contractor

Our client, a Tier 1 main contractor delivering large scale building projects across the UAE, is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

The Role

Prepare and submit monthly payment applications

Assess and value variations, with supporting substantiation

Procure subcontractors, including tender packages, comparisons and subcontract agreements

Evaluate subcontractor payments and manage subcontractor accounts

Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts and CVRs

Support the project through to final account

Requirements

• 3+ years QS experience with a main contractor
• Currently based in the UAE
• Understanding of procurement and cost reporting
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts

Salary

AED 12,000 to 14,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
