Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for Roads & Infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare payment certificates and invoices.
• Manage variations, claims, and cost control.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Maintain project documentation and contract records.
