About the role
Job purpose: Develop, coordinate and maintain electrical BIM models to support accurate installation, multidisciplinary coordination and clash-free project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop electrical BIM models using Revit and related BIM tools.
- Model electrical containment, lighting, power, cable routing and other applicable systems.
- Coordinate electrical models with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and structural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and support clash resolution.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, layouts and schedules.
- Update models in line with approved drawings, RFIs and design revisions.
- Support site teams with BIM-related technical queries and installation coordination.
