About the role
- Prepare architectural and interior design concepts for villas, kitchens, bathrooms, and residential fit-out projects.
- Develop 2D floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 3D models, realistic renders, and visual presentations for clients.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements of existing spaces.
- Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Suggest suitable layouts, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and color schemes.
- Prepare design proposals and presentations to support quotations and project approvals.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, site supervisors, carpenters, and other teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Prepare material selections and assist with quantity take-offs when required.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements and applicable UAE regulations.
- Support the sales team with design concepts and presentations for new client inquiries.
