About the role
- Assist the Civil Estimation Manager in preparing proposals for tenders and projects.
- Review RFT/ITT documents, ADNOC specifications, scope of work, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare technical, contractual, and commercial queries and participate in site visits and tender clarification meetings.
- Perform quantity take-offs and validate quantities using engineering drawings, plot plans, and BOQs.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analyses, and cost sheets covering manpower, equipment, machinery, subcontractors, productivity norms, and man-hours.
- Float RFQs, obtain vendor/subcontractor quotations, prepare comparison statements, and recommend suitable bidders.
- Identify and summarize project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and contingencies.
- Support technical and commercial proposal preparation for EPC, construction, modification, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions.
