About the role
- Electrical BIM Modeling: Create detailed 3D models for cable ladders, trays, trunking, busways, lighting, and power fixtures in Revit MEP at LOD 300/400.
- Containment Clash Coordination: Run clash detection in Navisworks to coordinate electrical containment with mechanical ducts and structural beams.
- Shop Drawing Extraction: Extract 2D electrical shop drawings, substation layouts, lighting/power plans, and ELV drawings from the coordinated 3D model.
- Substation Modeling: Model transformers, MV/LV switchgear, and generator rooms, verifying mandatory DEWA/SEWA clearance zones.
