We are seeking an experienced Smart Contract Developer | Blockchain Solutions Architect to lead the technical development and architecture of blockchain-powered applications. The role combines hands-on smart contract engineering with solution architecture, covering everything from blockchain platform selection and system design to contract deployment, integration, security, and ongoing optimization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain production-ready smart contracts.
• Build smart contract logic using Solidity and relevant blockchain technologies.
• Design modular and scalable blockchain architectures for decentralized applications.
• Evaluate blockchain networks, protocols, and infrastructure according to project requirements.
• Define on-chain and off-chain system components and their interaction models.
• Develop blockchain-based applications, protocols, and decentralized services.
• Integrate smart contracts with frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and external platforms.
• Design tokenization, asset-management, transaction, and digital-ownership mechanisms where applicable.
• Implement established token and contract standards according to project specifications.
• Establish development patterns for secure and maintainable smart contracts.
• Create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for blockchain applications.
• Conduct contract debugging and investigate failed transactions or unexpected blockchain behavior.
• Optimize contract execution, storage usage, transaction costs, and overall performance.
• Review blockchain code and architecture for security, reliability, and scalability.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities before deployment and coordinate remediation activities.
• Work with security specialists and external auditors during smart contract assessments.
• Design appropriate access-control, authorization, and administrative mechanisms for decentralized systems.
• Evaluate wallet connectivity, signing mechanisms, custody models, and blockchain identity requirements.
• Develop integration strategies between blockchain networks and enterprise applications.
• Support interoperability and cross-chain integration initiatives where required.
• Assess Layer 2 networks, blockchain infrastructure services, oracle solutions, and decentralized storage technologies.
• Establish technical standards for blockchain development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, API documentation, and solution blueprints.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver blockchain initiatives.
• Participate in technical planning, architecture reviews, sprint planning, and implementation discussions.
• Monitor deployed contracts and blockchain applications for operational or performance issues.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Research emerging blockchain technologies and assess their potential business applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to blockchain developers and engineering teams.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional experience in blockchain development, smart contract engineering, or blockchain solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) ecosystems.
• Experience deploying smart contracts to blockchain testnets and mainnet environments.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed systems, transactions, wallets, and cryptographic concepts.
• Experience with Ethereum-compatible networks and familiarity with Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Proficiency with development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience using Web3 libraries and blockchain RPC/API services.
• Strong understanding of smart contract lifecycle management.
• Experience writing automated tests for smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Knowledge of common smart contract security risks and secure coding practices.
• Understanding of gas management, transaction execution, and blockchain resource limitations.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, cloud services, and backend architecture.
• Experience designing systems that combine on-chain and traditional off-chain technologies.
• Knowledge of token standards and decentralized application architecture.
• Familiarity with blockchain monitoring, analytics, logging, and operational tools.
• Experience participating in security audits or remediation of smart contract audit findings is advantageous.
